Having a technical background, she moved to Belgium in 1995 and worked for different western companies (Telxon, symbol technology, Alcatel, Kone, HP,…) at different positions from technical to management.
She is also an experienced trainer in intercultural communication regarding China and the West.
Hayat LESS is an experienced HR and Recruitment Consultant. She has more than 20 years of experience as an independent professional and as an HR Director in Outsourcing for multinational companies in Morocco.
She has a background in HR and a Master 2 in Negotiation and Social Relations (Paris Dauphine University). Hayat LESS is also certified to use the group's HR development tests and tools and the Intellectual Aptitude Tests".
Within Start2Bric, Hayat is responsible for recruitment related to the Arab world and North Africa. She also participates as a project manager or recruiter in other Start2Bric international recruitment projects.
Naveen has a degree as Bachelor of Engineering (electromechanical) at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surthakal/India and obtained also a Master in Business Development (MBA) degree at Maastricht School of Management (the Netherlands).
Naveen has a professional experience In India and Europe of more than 10 years in the engineering/manufacture sector, what gives him also a lot of experience in expertise in IT and technical sector. He is skilled in as well in techno-commercial roles as in Supply Chain, Project management, Operations and Business Development.
Naveen builds up recent years a large search and recruitment experience working as researcher and recruiter for # international recruitment companies, such as Start2Bric, as well on India related vacancies as on other international searches worldwide.
